WORK OF THE PATROLS.

ALTITUDES ON MAPS.

A recent article on altitudes stated that except for an accurate contour map or perhaps an informative signpost on the wayside, thero existed no- other cxtraneous means of gleaning the information as to what altitude tho car had reached when travelling over certain roads.
