SMART ENGLISH BRIDES.

I Smart English brides will wear , white | this season, and romantic crowds who gather outside St. Margaret's and other . fashionablo churches may notice quite a Quakerish note about the bridal procession. One West End milliner is making tho most attractive little Empire bonnets for a client who has called to consult her on this thrilling subject. These will be worn by the bride and her attendants, and they are made of cream silk net with wired brims. Other dressmakers are making bridal bonnets of lace, stiffened and edged with pearls, and some delightful affairs of but-ter-coloured satin decorated with ostrich feathers iri front and a silver bow and long ends at tho back. Bashful brides who wear bonnets have to rely on tho partly concealing brim rather than the veil, for the latter is gathered on to the back of tho bonnet and flows into a train. At least one of tho new season's brides will wear a Stuart cap of pearls fastening under tho chin by silver ribbons. Sho will wear laco mittens and carry a posy of snowdrops. Her dress will bo of white not, and tho hern will be edged with white net flowers.
