Next month, June, we shalL celebrato the third birthday of "Boys and Girls" with a special page honouring our pioneers; Competitions will he held in connection with " Pioneer Page," and all senior members are invited to send contributions. A prize of One Guinea will be paid for the best story—not more than 800 words—dealing with life in the early days. Also, consolation prizes. Boys and Girls 14 to 18 only. Two prizes, of One Half-Guinea will also bo paid for the two best essays. Subject: "Remember the Pioneers." Boys and Girls 12 to 16. Other suitable items, sketches, verses, etc., copied or original, may also be sent in by members. Birthday Page Competitions open to Members of Herald Circles only. Closing Date for all Entries, May 24. All envelopes to be marked " Pionegrs' Page."
