A blind man directs tho tilling and harvesting of 800 acres of wheat lauds near Earl Grey, Saskatchewan. Ho is Mr, Guy Foster, who, with his brother, acquired holdings in Central Saskatchewan before tho Great War. In tho war his brother was killed and Mr. Guy Foster was blinded. After a period of training at St. Dustan's, London, Mr. Foster returned to his farm in Canada, and, Renter states, has managed it over since. His greatest difficulty is ir. keeping good assistants. " I find," ho says, " that a good man not want to work for hire foi more than a couple of years. After that ha is ready to start on his own."
