M Wilford, .High Commissioner, received from the King a beautiful memento of the occasion in the form of a giainoplione record of Bis Majesty's speech. The record is encased in book form in a handsome dark' blue morocco folding cover, heavily padcleJ. On the outside are the Royal Arms, and

on tho lower left corner is Mr. Wilford s name in gold. Inside the cover is inlst a white card, on which is the Kings

own personal signature. Mr. A. C. Whitney and -Miss Whitnoy (Auckland) arrived in London on March 15.
