CANARY SHOW.
AUCKLAND CLUB'S FIXTURE.
A fine exhibition of canaries was made at tlio annual young bird show of the Auckland Yorkshire Canary Club, which was held in the Epiphany Hall. Newton, on Saturday. Entries were good and the judge. Mr. W. A. Hanson, congratulated exhibitors on the fine standard of tlio birds displayed. The birds in the . yellow classes were exceptionally fine, he said. Iho award for the best bird in the show .was made to Mr. George Beeston, and other spepip! awards were secured by Mr. Gilbert, Mrs. Revoy, Mr. George Munro and Miss Thome.
