[BY TELEGRAFJT. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Friday. Cabinet has decided that the unveiling of the national memorial to the late Rt. Hon. In order to enable as many members and others as desire to attend the ceremony, the executive of the Reform Party has arranged to postpone the annual tribute which is paid on May 10 to Mr. Massov's memory, so that it will coincide with the official unveiling of the memorial.
