PROGRESSIVE LEAGUE*

The meeting unanimously supported the Otahuhu borough .fire superintendent's recommendation regarding the purchase ofv a pump to bo fitted to the fire tender, and urged the Borough Council to incur tho necessary expense as the pump would bo a great protection to life and property throughout the borough. The following officers were elected:— Secretary, Mr. Morgan; coinmitteo, Messrs. W. Hodgson, King, Box, Kawnsley, McLachlan, Boy, Tregear, Parsons, Kohn and Morgan.
