PASSION-FRUIT WINE.

Cut fruit in half, scrape the inside out and soak in water for 36 hours; then strain through flannel bag. Put back into tub with sugar, and let stand for five days, after adding gelatine melted in a little water. Skim and bottle. Do not cork tightly until properly worked, then tighten a little each day.
