NEW SYDNEY HOTEL.

PREFERENCE SHARES OFFERED. Preference shares in a Sydney hotel arc being offered to- New Zealand investors by Hotel Savoy, Limited. The building, which is now nearing completion, is a ten-storey structure, at the corner of King and Castlereagh Streets, Sydney. The capital of the company is £200,000, but only 25,000 cumulative preference shares at 9 per cent, are being offered to New Zealand investors. These shares are free of income tax.
