COLLISION AT CORNER.
DAMAGES CASE APPEAL.
An appeal has been lodged by W. McArthur against the decision of Mr W. R. MoKean, S.M., in allowing a claim for £62 brought by II Hookham in tho Magistrate's Court last month against McArthur. After hearing evidence tho magistrate gave judgment for plaintiff for tho full amount, with costs totalling £ll 10s.
The case arose from a collision between a motorcar driven by plaintiff in Park Road and another car driven by defendant, who was turning from Carlton Core Road into Park Road.
