ADDRESS AT TAKAPUNA. .5
An address was given by Mr. W. «Tr Jordan, M P. for Manukau, at Takapuna last evening under the auspices of the local branch of the Labour Party. Mr. G. A. Goodwin presided. Expounding the policy of his party with regard to the banking system, Mr. Jordan urged '.ho need for cheapening money as an essential for meeting the unemployment problem. and also for developing industries and settlement. In his judgment tho only way of attaining this result was tho establishment of a Stale bank.'
