WAIKATO SUMMER SHOW.
FIXTURE IN NOVEMBER.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ELECTED. [BT TELEGRAPH.—OWN COFHEPPON'PENT.] HAMILTON. Thursday. The general committee of the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association met to-day. the vice-president, Mr. T. Bellamy, presiding.
It was decided to hold the next show on Wednesday and Thursday, November 12 and 13.
An application for the use of three playing areas on the show grounds, made by the Hamilton Rugby Football Union, was granted. It was decided, in view of the damage, done to fittings by players in past years, to increase the charge for the season to £25.
The following were elected to the executive committee:—Messrs. A. K. Alexander. P. E. Dingle, R. A. Hinton, A. Livingstone, W. H. Miors, W. .T. McKce, W. Newell, W. G, Park. B. Railstead, N. Reid, F. R. Seddon and N. K. Taylor. Messrs. W. S. Phillips (Te Mata), G. Irvine (Morrinsviile), G. Buchanan (Paeroa) and R. Jones (Te Kowhai) were elected to fill the four vacancies in the supplementary committee.
