A "rainbow" tea was given on Tuesday at the Auckland Girls' Grammar School, Newton, by the executive of the Auckland Girls'- Grammar School Old Girls' Association, to Sliss Laurel Brinstlen, a former president of the association, whoso marriago takes place shortly. The monthly .meeting of the Auckland district executive of the Women's Christian Temperance Union was held this week, Sirs. Slorgan Richards presiding. It was reported that Bible reading was now established in 59 schools in the Auckland district.
