QUESTION IN THE ASSEMBLY.
SYDNEY, March 19. Replying to a question in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly the Premier, Mr. T. 11. Bavin, said he did / not;' think any advantage would accrue at present from the appointment of a Royal Commission to consider secession from the Commonwealth.
