FORWARD SELLING.
SYDNEY STOCK EXCHANGE. DECISION OF BROKERS. (Received March 14, 11.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 14. The decision of a joint meeting of sharebrokers to prohibit forward selling when advisable is welcomed by small investors, and conditions on the Sydney Stock Exchange are now practically back to normal. It is estimated that, some the "bears" reaped a rich harvest of many thousands, of pounds in their raid, which began after Christmas and continued until a fortnight ago. There is also a number who lost heavily.
