Chicago, without its inhabitants of foreign birth or parentage would shrink to a city of a few hundred. thousand at the most. It is the second Czechoslovak city in tho world, . the third Swedish, the fourth Polish, and the fifth German. Boston is the largest Irish city in t)ie world, Pittsburgh is a larger.Serbian city than the capital of Jugo-Slavia. And New York, the foremost Jewish city, is also a larger Italian city than Itome.
