AN AMUSING BOOK.
Tho literary lapses of celebrated -authors —not Mr. Stephen Leacock's which were dono on purposo—will form tho basis for an amusing book now being planned for publication by Messrs Dont. Tho editors aro Mr. Charles Leo, tho Cornish humorist and author of "Our Little town, and Mr. D. B- Wyndham Lewis, that widely-read host who entertained at the "Sign of tho Blue Moon." Tho book is nothing less than the long-awaited "Anthology of Bad Verse," and it is to bo fully equipped with all tho mock paraphernalia, dates, notes, references, which Mr. Wyndham Lewis knows so well how to supply says John o London s Weekly. Included in it are to bo soven cartoons by Max Beerbohm, and tho title will probably bo "Tho Stuffed Owl" taken, it is believed, from tho works of .William Wordsworth.
