YOUTHS' SILLY PRANK.
Four country youths were each fined 51 at Torrington lately for loitering outside tho Wesleyan chapel at Alverdiscott, North Dovon, to tho annoyanco of tho worshippers. Tho four defendants, said tho police, blow sneezing powder down a ventilator of tho chapel. Most of tho congregation sneezed, while others had to cough. One of tho admitted that thrco of thoir number blow in tho powder and tho fourth " enjoyed tho fun."
