ALARMING POSITION.

PRINCE'S TOUR AFFECTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. CAPETOWN, Feb. 4. Reports from Tanganyika, Kenya Colony, state that the worst floods within living memory are being experienced there. An alarming position has been created.
Lake Combo is rising rapidly. A temporary bridge erected to replace one that was washed away is already submerged. Goods traffic up-country has been suspended for the last four weeks. In consequence, there is a shortage of supplies. The floods must affect the tour of the Prince of Wales.
