INSPECTION OF TROOPS.

HAMILTON, Tuesday.
The Waikalo Regiment, consisting of 35 o/liccrs arid 350 non-commissioned officers and men, was inspected to-day by Lieutenant-Colonel J. E. Duigan, chief sfal'f officer of t.ho Northern Command. The regiment will he reviewed by MajorGeneral R. Young, officer commanding llio New Zealand Forces, to-morrow morning, after which field manoeuvres and asliam fight will be carried out.
