SERVICE TO THE ISLANDS.
DETAILS OF NEW ITINERARY.
ELEVEN TRIPS ARRANGED.
Tho Government motor-ship Maui Poinui'o, which is duo at Auckland from Norfolk Island to-day, will make only one moi'o trip to Norfolk Island, leaving Auckland on March 10, Whe'i the vessel returns from that trip on March 17 sho will be withdrawn from the Norfolk Island service and will afterwards only ran from Apia and Niue Island to Now Zealand.
According to tho new itinerary received by Spedding, Limited, the local agents of the Maui Pomaro, tho vessel is scheduled to make 11 trips to Apia and Niue Island between now nud March, 1931. She is scheduled to leave Auckland on February 11, April 1, May 6, June 10, July 15, August 19, September 23, October 28, December 2, January 6, 1931, and February 10, 1931. Returning from the April, June, August, October and January trips, tho ports of call in New Zoaland will bo Dunedin, Lyttolton, Wellington and Auckland in that order. On tho other trips Dunedin will be omitted.
