BURGLARS ROB SHOP.
SUM OF £63 STOLEN.
BACK DOOR FORCED OPEN,

Thieves broke info the premises of Schneideman, Limited, tailors, Dee Street, at the week-end and stola notes and silver to the value of £63. Entrance was gained through a back door, which was forced. The slot of tlie bolt with which the door was also secured was wrenched from the wood.
The shop was closed on Saturday night, and the takings, amounting to a little over £63, were placed in a drawer, which was hidden in an ordinary suit box. This ■was placed on top of other suit boxes in a screened off part at the back of the shop.
It is stated that the manager, Mr. Edgar Wilson, visited the shop on Sunday morning, in order to collect some ta3tl for posting, but he did not- uotice anything amiss.
Two constables discovered at an early hour this morning premises had been broken into.
