SEARCH' FOR THE GERM. DOCTOR CLAIMS DISCOVERY. PITTSBURG, Jan. 27. Dr. William Maclachlan says he thinks he has discovered the germ of parrot fever, which has caused the deaths of eight persons in three American cities within a month. Dr. Maclachlan declares that the germ ii a paratyphoid bacillus:
