COMMONS' RATIFICATION LIKELY.
British Wireless. RUGBY, Jan. '26. The Government; has tabled a motion in the House of Commons for Monday asking members to approve the ratification of the signature of the optional clause of the statute of the International Court of Justice. This signature binds Britain to submit her disputes to the Court. It. was signed at Geneva in September. It is anticipated that the motion will be accepted and that its ratification by the. King will follow immediately* ;
