RAIN-MAKING EXPERIMENT. THROWING ICE FROM AIR. (Received January 24, 7.15 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Jan.24. Professor Teson, of Levden University, will shortly assist at a rain-making experiment of throwing two tons of pulverised ice from an aeroplane upon clouds. Professor Teson expects that > 45001b. of ice will create 45.0001b. of rain.
