LABOURER'S ADMISSION.
COMMITTAL FOR SENTENCE.
[BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WAIPUKMUU, Monday. A chargo of robbing an old man, Bartholomew' Maloney, of lis and of brutally assaulting Maloney, was preferred against Edward Leahy, aged 26 years, labourer, in the Police Court today. Accused pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
