The Federal-Line's" steamer Surrey, which left Waikokopii on Wednesday evening for Auckland,' is expected to arrive early this morning. The vessel will berth at Queen's Wharf to; complete loading for New York, Halifax and London, and will sail finally on Tuesday. The New Zealand Shipping Company is the local agent. CANADIAN, HIGHLANDER DOCKED.' The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Highlander went into dock at Devonport yesterday afternoon to be fitted with a new propeller blade. It is expected that the work will be completed in time for her departure to-morrow evening for Wellington and South Island ports, where she will complete discharge of her cargo from Montreal. THE CHARLBURY DELAYED. Wireless advice received yesterday by the local .agents, Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited, from the mastef of the steamer Charlbury. bound for Auckland with a cargo, of phosphates from Casablanca, Morocco, states that heavy westerly weather is being encountered and the vessel, which originally was expected to arrive yesterday afternoon, cannot make port, before noon to-day.
