BOMBS SENT BY POST.
INJURIES IN EXPLOSIONS.
ARREST BY FRENCH POLICE,
LONDON, Dec. 23. The Bordeaux police, according to the Paris correspondent of the Sunday Times, have arrested a landed proprietor named Bussy, aged 63, who, in revenge against people who testified against ■ him in a divorce suit, is alleged to have sent them bombs through the post. His first victim, a woman, was seriously injured when she opened thft postal packet, A second package containing a bomb was '-""discovered in the post office, while a third, delivered at the office of a solicitor, exp loded and in j ured a clerk. The police raided Bussy's house and discovered nitro-glycerire and other, plosives, and a list of ten people to whom bombs were being sent, including Bussy'* counsel.
