ARREST BY FRENCH POLICE,

LONDON, Dec. 23. The Bordeaux police, according to the Paris correspondent of the Sunday Times, have arrested a landed proprietor named Bussy, aged 63, who, in revenge against people who testified against ■ him in a divorce suit, is alleged to have sent them bombs through the post.
