ORGANISER RESIGNS.
At a special meeting of the Auckland executive of the United Political Organisation yesterday, Mr. B. Glover Clark, divisional organiser, handed in his resignation.
Mr. J. Trevithick, chairman of the executive, expressed his regret at Mr. Glover Clark's decision. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the retiring organiser for bis services. Mr. Glover Clark stated that the time was not opportune for him to say anything on the subject of his resignation.
As far as could be learned yesterday, no steps have yet been taken to appoint a successor..
