CONSENT OF DOMINIONS.
STATEMENT BY MacDONALD.

In the House of Commons the Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, when asked if he would sign the Apglo-Egyptian Treaty before he had received the Dominion Governments' consent, said the procedure would be in accordance'' with the recommendations of the Imperial Conference of 1926 with regard to the negotiation of treaties.
