At tho annual meeting of the New Zealand Swimming Council officers were elected as follows:
President, Mr. W. E. D. Bishop; deputy-president, Mr. A. 11. JacoJjsen; North Island representative, Mr. P. Coira; the standing committees were reelected.
A cablegram was received from New South Wales stating that Miss Jean Cocks and Miss Edna Davey had . accepted an invitation to visit New Zealand. The appointment of a chaperono was being arranged. ' N. Ryan and 0. Griffiths were, leaving to-day for New Zealand. V
