NEW DENTAL CLINIC.
PROPOSAL AT MANUREWA.
A largely-attended meeting to facilitate tho' erection of a' derttal clinio was held at Manurewa' on Thursday evening, Mr. G.' Gallagher, chairman of' the Manurewa Town -Board and -the Manurewa School Committee, presiding.
It was stated that advice ; had been received from the Minister of-Healthy the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, .that a dental nurse had been allocated to ; the • district. The, necessity for having a dental clinic was emphasised by several speakers. A committee was appointed to canvass the district for funds. It was'stated'that thfe money thus obtained ' would- carry a subsidy of -£2 for £l.l ! >• *..•
