RIOTING IN JAPAN.
AGRARIAN DISTURBANCES.
FATALITIES IN FIGHTING

TOKIO. Nov. 27.
Serious agrarian rioting is reported from the Akita Prefecture, on the north coast of Honshiu, the main island. Swords and spears were used and many persons were injured, some fatally. The police intervened, but were beaten off, and the military have been called out.
