SITE FOR AERODROME.
PROPOSAL AT ROTORUA.
ACQUISITION ANTICIPATED.

ROTORUA, Thursday
At a meeting of the Rotorua Borough Council last evening the Mayor, Mr. F. Jackson, reported that the Hon. J. B. Donald had visited the area of land on fhe Whakarewnrewa Road which the borough wished to secure as a landing ground for aeroplanes. The Minister had promised to do what he could to get the matter finalised. The Mayor said he was now able to state that the prospects of acquiring this land were brighter than ever.
