FRANKLIN ASSOCIATION.

The Franklin branch of the Justices of the Pcaco Association held its annual meeting last evening in the Pukekoht* Courthouse, .the retiring president, Mr J. T. Stembridge, presiding.
A delegation of members of the executive of tho association, headed by Mr. F. J. H. Ellisdon, past president, was present, and spoke on the b<yiefits of such an association. Officers of tho Franklin branch wera elected for tho ensuing year as follows: President, Mr. C. K. Lawric; VicePresident, Mr. W. E. Johns; secretary, Mr. A. P. Daysh; executive, Messrs. AM.' Barriball, J. B. McKinnoy, G. T Parvin, M. Cronin and D. R. Hamilton.
