DUSSELDORF CRIMES.
.MURDER OF LITTLE GIRL. . . LETTERS TO HER FOSTER-MOTHER BERLIN, Nov. 21. Frau Wiesc, foster-mother of the child Gertrude Allermann, who was recently murdered at Dusseldorf, received two letters giving details of the crime. The handwriting was the same as that in a . letter indicating the whereabouts of the child's body. The longer of the two letters fully reviewed the details. It was commenced in verso and continued in dramatic dialogue. It set out the murderer's conversation and the child's efforts to defend herself from his attack with a knife. The death shrieks of the child were described. . The shorter letter apparently was addressed to tho victim. Fan Wieso attempted to commit suicide after reading the letters.
