YOUNG AUSTRIAN IN LONDON EXPERIMENT BY SCIENTISTS. (Received November 22. 10.35 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 22. Public attention is focussed on tho first of a series of seances to bo held at tho National Laboratory of Psychical Research at South Kensington, an unofficial body, for tho purposo of testing a young Austrian, Rudi Schneider, who is said to be tho most remarkable medium iu the world. The tests will be most elaborate, and will bo conducted secretly by six scientists, whoso names will not bo revealed until they issuo their report.
