GOVERNOR OF FIJI.
SIR M. FLETCHER AT SUVA. INSTALLATION IN OFFICE. (Received Novcnfber 22, 5.5 p.m.) SUVA, Nov. 22. The new Governor of Fiji, Sir Murchison Fletcher, arrived by the Aorangi. Ho was met by tlie Acting-Governor, Mr. A. \V. Seymour, members of tho Executive Council, the Mayor, Mr. Marks, proniinont officials and citizens at tho King's Wharf. His Excellency was driven to tho Supreme Court, where ho was sworn-in by Chief Justice Anderson. Afterwards at tho 'Jown Ilall a civic reception was given to Sir Murchison and Lady Fletcher.
