REPARATION CONTROVERSY. DEMONSTRATIONS AT SOFIA. (Received November 22, 8.5 p.m.) SOFIA, Nov. 21. Tho second strike within a week is in progress in Sofia against tho reparation demands of tho Allies. All the factories, shops and banks were closed to-day for three and a-half hours. Crowds of people demonstrated in front of tho foreign legations against tho Allies' demand for £500,000 a year for 36 years. Bulgaria has offered £400,000 conditionally upon a five years' moratorium.
