PUTTING DROPS IN THE EYE.
This must be done with a pipette. Open tho eye and support the upper and lower lids with thß first and second fingers. Tho patient's head must be kopt woll back and inclined away from the eyo bejng treated. Support it in this position by a cushion. Do not take up more drops into the pipette than it is desired to drop in; and place them in the outer corner ,o£ .the eye.,
