At a meetinp: of the executive of the Tauranga Bowling Club it was decided that the annual tournament should commence on February 18. Invitations are being issued to clubs in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty r.ncl Poverty Bay. Advice was received from Mr. J. A. McKenzie that he would bo pleased to donate a cup for competition among firstyear players. Arrangements were made for a series of full-link games with members of the Tauranga South Club, for a trophy presented by Mi-. T. Bunting for competition between the two clubs. TE AWAMUTU CLUB. [BY TELEGRAM!. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AWAMUTU. Friday. The committee of the r le Awamutu Bowling Club has decided to hold the interelub matches with Cambridgo on the local green on Wednesday, November 27, and Saturday, December 21, and to nlay the return matches in February, at Cambridge. On Wednesday, December 4, several rinks will go to Otorohanga, and the return match will be played on tho local green on January 22. Saturday players will visit Otorohanga on December 7, and the return match was fixed for January 13. The Labour Dnv tournament snowed a credit balance of £7 17s lOd. Application is to be made to the South Auckland Centre for March 3, 4 and 5 for the annual tournament.
