Wheat.—Cargoes, in sympathy with closing weakness in America, opened 6d to 9d lower, but there was a partial recovery on further reports that rust had dono damage in Argentina and on adverso news of the exportable surplus from Australia. Oats and Barley.—Steady. Peas and Beans.—Firm. Beet Sugar.—December, 7s B^d. LIVERPOOL DOCK RATES. REDUCTION AT NEW YEAR. (Received November 22, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. As a result of tho Derating Bill of the la to Conservative Government, tho Liverpool Dock Board on January 1 will redueo by half the dues and rates on many cargoes, including ores and wool, also motor-cars for export. Railway freights will bo reduced by one-third. PROPERTY SALES.
