JOINT COMMITTEE PLAN. BRITISH MOTION SHORTLY. British 'Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. 530. Tho Secretary of Slate for the Dominions, Lord Passfield, stated in the House of Lords to-day that the Government intended to set up a Standing Joint Committee on Indian Affairs. A motion for its appointment would be put before the House shortly.
