CHARGES AGAINST WOMAN.
NOLLE PROSEQUI ENTERED. A nolle prosequi has been entered in the cases against Sarah Jane Brown, about which a jury disagreed in the Supreme Court last week, and they will not bo proceeded with further. Accused was charged with forgery and uttering and theft, and the jury found her not guilty of uttering a cheque, but- failed to agree on four coun'-r tripling to uttering <-.f ff.--.rd orders on tho Fanners' Trading Company
