DELICIOUS LITTLE CAKES.
Two cupfuls of brown sugar, one and ahaif cupfuls of sweet milk, half a cupful of butter or margarine, two and a-half cupfuls of flour, two well beaten eggs, one teaspoonlul of soda, half a teaspoonful of cinnamon, onu teaspoonful each of ginger, and vaniila, two level teaspooniuls of cream of tartar.
Dissolve the soda in the milk and mix all together. Beat hard for five minutes, and bake in greased pativ tins. Silt, over sugar or ice.
