CINDERELLA FEET.
j You can do a lot for your feet in odd minutfcs. When you arc sitting, keep tlio toes pointed downward:; and the insteps arched. Spare a few minutes each night arid morning to sit on the edge of the bed and bend the feet upwards and downwards from the ankle. You can brush your hair or do your naita at the same time. Whilo you are waiting for the bath water to run in, walk three times round the bedroom, once on the toes, once on the heel*, and once on the outside edges of the feet. All these exercises, by arching the instep and contracting the foot, will actually make the feet smaller a3 well as stronger.
