MAUNG AKIEKIE LADIES' CLUB. The members of the Maungakiekie Ladies' Golf Club, One Tree Hill links, will play a four-ball best-ball medal and consolation match on Tuesday, players to choose partners and opponents- The match will commence at 9.30 a.m. A match for C grade players will also be held, players to choose partners. This week s C grade match was won by Mrs. O'Neill. The annual general meeting will be held at 2.45 on Tuesday afternoon, after which the prizes will be presonted. AKARANA LADIES' CLUB. Member!- of the Akarana Ladies' Golf Club brought the'winter season to a close yesterday. The best scores returned in the Canadian foursomes were:—Miss Connett and Miss Jones, 78, 20—58 (14 holes); Mrs. Gilmore and Miss Dalton, 78, 19—59; Miss Smith and Miss Longdill, 77, 15—62. Long drive, Miss T. Cox. Approaching and putting: Miss Smith, Miss Hickman and Mrs. Preston tied for first place, Miss Smith winning the playoff. The season's eclectic competition (senior division) resulted in a tie between MrsMcCarthy and Miss T. Cox, 77; Mrs. Gilmore, 78; and Miss Darrdch. 79. In the junior division. Miss E. Fearnley, 84; Miss McGee, 85; and Mrs. Cox, 86. The L.G.U. silver medal was won by Mrs. McCarthy. The L.G.U. bronze medal was won by Miss G. Smith. In the finals of the C giade championship, Miss W.
