The Waitemala Golf Club's annual ball

■which took place at the Firato Ship at .'Milford on Saturday evening, proved to :bn 0110 of tho brightest and most suc'ce.isful dances held at tho North Shore 'this winter. Tho committee had combined and had worked hard to make the ■dance a success. Tho Pirates' Orchestra ;playcd popular danco numbers, which >*ere many times encored.
