BUSHFELLING ACCIDENT.
MAN'S FOOT LACERATED.,

TE PUKE. Friday. During bushfelling operations near T# i Puke this morning Mr. Gordon S. Mor Kenzie received serious injuries to his ■ left foot. His axe became entangled in supplejack vines, slipped and lacerated his instep. Suffering badly from loss of blood, he was conveyed -10 miles to Te Puke for medical attention.
